//01 —The challenge

Many businesses, schools and hospitals still write invoices by hand or in a word processor, then chase payment over the phone. A school billing a whole class repeats the same task dozens of times.

//02 —What we built

DotPrym is invoicing built for how billing works in Ghana. Businesses, schools and hospitals create invoices and receipts, send them, and get paid by Mobile Money, with Ghana's VAT, NHIL and GETFund worked out automatically.

There are two ways in: a full dashboard for templates, customers and reports, and a WhatsApp bot for when you are on the move. Type a client name and an amount, tap confirm, and the invoice is done.
