Lead builds, shape architecture and mentor the next generation of PrymLink engineers. You’ll own React frontends and PHP/MySQL backends for client projects.
PrymLink builds software, websites, mobile apps and networks for businesses, schools, hospitals and churches. As a Senior Developer, you will be the technical lead on client projects, from the first conversation about what the client needs to the system running in production.
You’ll make architecture decisions, keep code quality high through reviews, and help our junior developers grow. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership and communicates clearly with both clients and the team.
What you'll do
- Architect full-stack web systems
- Own React frontends and PHP/MySQL backends
- Review code and mentor junior developers
- Turn client needs into technical plans
What we're looking for
- 3+ years shipping production web apps
- Deep experience with React, PHP and MySQL
- API design, security and performance skills
- Clear communication and ownership
Nice to have
- TypeScript and Node.js
- Experience with offline-first or unreliable-connectivity systems
- Experience integrating mobile money or payment APIs
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team
